Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to your use of CORD.

1. Using the service

CORD is a communication platform operated by NOVA UD. You must be at least the age required in your country to use it, and channels marked 18+ require you to confirm that you are an adult. You are responsible for what you post and share.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use CORD for harassment, hate, spam, fraud, illegal content or anything that harms others. Servers that violate these rules may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or banned. Automated accounts must use the developer platform and are held to the same standards.

3. Accounts and security

Keep your credentials private. You can close your account from settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we keep the records needed to enforce them.

4. Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant CORD the rights needed to display it to the people you share it with and to operate the service. Content you delete is removed from the product.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep CORD available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

6. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll announce it in the product before the change takes effect.
